Hoke County
Allen Thomas has served as a Hoke County Commissioner since being elected in 2014 at the age of 27. He is currently the 1st Vice-President of the N.C. Association of County Commissioners. He is in line to be elevated to President of the statewide organization in 2026.
Following his graduation from Hoke County High School, he attended East Carolina University where he earned a bachelor’s degree along with a graduate certification. Allen has been active in the Democratic Party since his time in the Young Democrats. Allen enjoys fishing, traveling, sports, and going to the movies. Allen is married to Cerina Thomas and has one teenage son, Anderson Thomas.
