Ryan currently serves on the NCDP Council of Review where he chairs a subcommittee that drafts language to correct issues with the Plan of Organization that they often deal with, and the Resolutions and Platform Committee where he assists Sen. McKissick by maintaining documents. Ryan is also 2nd Vice Chair of Durham County, the longest serving active officer of NCCD04, and in the past he was President of the Progressive Caucus of North Carolina. Ryan is also a proud IWW and Labor Caucus member.
